Our Digital Producer is a new developmental role that sits at the junction of customers and digital delivery, as we bring on more and better products and solutions. Initially a six month role, we have a view to making it permanent if we find the right person who can blend with the team.

Your key responsibilities

• Project manage a small pipeline of fast moving digital projects, (general CRM as well as CMS/WordPress skills would help), including building out any process required.
• Develop an understanding of the functionality provided by our core products.
• Ensure customer needs are understood and communicated to stakeholders including off-shore providers.
• Work collaboratively with the SportsTG/Stack Sports team to help us scale.

What we are looking for

• An understanding and affinity for sports business and sporting organisations
• Some database and technical literacy, with a flair for troubleshooting
• A relevant qualification in technology or business sytems
• Highly motivated, with great initiative and first rate communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong team relationships
• Ability to manage yourself effectively and adapt to a changing environment.
