Leading managed service provider that is undergoing exciting growth period requires multiple system engineers to assist with new and on-going requirements. Your key responsibilities shall include:

• Managing customer's AWS, hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure platforms - AWS, Microsoft, firewalling - loads of technology;
• Tier 2 - 3 support, maintenance and advanced troubleshooting across a wide variety of technologies;
• Scripting - we love automation;
• Communicating with customers on technical items; and
• Managing, troubleshooting and resolving incidents, service requests, events and problems.

Your key skills shall include:

• General infrastructure knowledge;
• Microsoft server suite (Office 365, AD, Exchange, RDS, etc.);
• Networking;
• Troubleshooting and problem management;
• Outstanding verbal and written communication; and
• Reliable and positive attitude.
