This US software vendor provides an innovative cloud based software solution which enables businesses to quickly configure, price and quote products and services - across pretty much all industry verticals. Their customers include many of the top fortune 500 companies, and their solution is highly sought after here locally and abroad. Given their growing list of customers across here in Australia they are looking to put in place a Customer Success Director. This is a senior leadership opportunity, which will eventually oversee a team of 10 customer success and delivery consultants.

The ideal candidate will be a Professional Services leader, who has a hands-on approach, and will have either a CPQ, ERP, CRM, SCM, BI/Analytics software background. Reporting to the VP of Customer Success this role will be responsible for a large portfolio of customers across Australia with regards to delivery excellence - leading implementations, managing client relationships, training, empowering and enabling customers to get the best ROI. The successful candidate will also be responsible for hiring and building a high performing customer success/professional services team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in IT or Engineering, Computer Science or Business - MBA highly regarded
  • Strong experience in software configuration, implementation, and consulting - CPQ, Pricing, Quotation, SCM, ERP, CRM or BI/Analytics
  • Experience with pricing, revenue management and or CPQ - highly sought after, but not essential
  • Experience hiring and managing large teams
  • Solid experience leading configuration/technical teams
  • Project Management experience on large software implementations
  • Willing to travel 35% - 40% of the time
