We are looking for technical people to join our Managed Services Team based in Burwood. We support mainly Windows-based client-server networked environments.
Previous IT experience and/or formal qualifications are desirable, but good "people skills" as well as willingness to learn, will be considered favourably.
The primary focus of this role is to provide technical assistance to our clients, mainly by telephone and remote access, but also on-site when appropriate.
Primary Responsibilities
- Service Desk call logging and case creation.
- Resolving 1st and 2nd Level requests for assistance.
- Assessment and prompt escalation of higher level cases.

- Ability to troubleshoot and think laterally
- Good liaison with non-technical users
- Strong understanding of Windows and Microsoft Office
- Good understanding of networking concepts
- Good understanding of Microsoft Windows Server
- Good understanding of Active Directory
- An understanding of AD user account administration
- Relevant Secondary or Tertiary qualifications
- Microsoft Certification or currently undertaking Microsoft Certification
- Other IT qualifications
