Are you a Business Analyst, with experience working on contact centers projects, wanting to work on a huge, cross-Business Transformation project for a large, ASX listed organisation.

You are:

You’re a Business Analyst, ideally with a background in Finance, Insurance or Banking, with strong experience working on Contact Centre projects with an understanding of the inner workings and business requirements. 

You'll have excellent Stakeholder management skills and you enjoy facilitating workshops and liaising with different areas of the business to understand their requirements. 

Significant experience in transformation roles is an advantage & you'll be personable, friendly and approachable to be the right cultural fit.

The role:

As a Business focused Business Analyst, you will be working closely with Stakeholders and Vendors to carry out gap analysis and Current State vs Future State of the contact centers to ensure all implementations are carried out correctly and align with the Business requirements. 

Previously utilising five different call centers across Australia, the firm is now consolidating that into one location with a call center of 200 staff.

  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst 
  • Experience working across contact center projects 
  • Strong business-facing & stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent ability to work with various business units
  • A flexible & pragmatic approach 
  • Financial services experience ideal
