Bring your Scrum Master skills to successfully coach and support existing technical development/engineering teams to higher performance through the disciplined application of Agile engineering models. You will manage digital delivery across both internal IT and vendor resources.
You will work within our Macquarie Capital division, which is investing in an exciting digital transformation that will ultimately transition all underlying core business technology from in-house systems to industry leading software-as-a-service solutions with Salesforce as a key pillar.
In this role you will work with Scrum teams and the Product Owner to balance feature delivery with continuous improvements, innovation, enabling technical excellence, DevOps and architecture. This role is crucial to ensuring successful business outcomes, by organizing and facilitating sprint and release planning, daily stand ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives. This role will see you lead continuous refinement and prioritisation of product backlogs, ensuring that teams are embracing and practicing core Agile principles and determining and removing all obstacles that may interfere with the ability of teams to deliver assigned goals including conflict resolution, technical blockers and process issues.
To be successful in this role we would expect you to have a proven track record of successfully managing complex and large Agile teams within a results driven environment with CSM or PSM qualifications. You are an enthusiastic team player with a proficiency in common software development lifecycle tools such as JIRA and Confluence and experience building strong working relationships and working successfully in cross-functional teams.
