Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, you will be responsible for resolving client problems, queries or complaints in an effective and timely manner over the phone or face to face to ensure agreed SLA's are met.
To be successful in this role you must possess the following:
- Support of corporate owned hardware including laptops, tablets and smartphones
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Knowledge of Windows 7 and above
- Knowledge of TCPIP Networking
- Understanding of Active Directory and User management
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office Products
