Position description – NetSuite Support Analyst

NetSuite support analysts for a 12-month contract period. The roles are based at  Milton location, in Brisbane.

Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt & effective phone support to Franchise Partners (FP’s) on NetSuite system queries
• Effectively communicate NetSuite support solutions to users.
• Escalate support queries to NetSuite trainers as required.
• Liaise closely with internal SMEs to ensure ongoing high level of customer support
• Maintain the currency of all system procedural manuals & specifications as required

Experience Required:

• 1-2 years’ experience working in a NetSuite support role
• Sound knowledge of the NetSuite ERP system technical features & benefits
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team-based environment
• Demonstrated service desk support skills
• Solid communication skills (verbal & written) & attention to detail
• Customer focussed and service-oriented attributes
• Well-developed computer skills across the Microsoft Office Suite
• Relevant qualifications preferred
