About the Role:

 

Reporting directly to the Technical Manager, a role within our organisation for a Client Support Representative (CSR) is now available. Whilst it is anticipated that the scope of the role will broaden over time, the successful applicant’s initial responsibility will be to respond to Tier 1 technical client enquiries related to HUBB’s suite of investor software products. In addition to this, the successful applicant will provide redundancy to the Technical Manager in supporting our server-side technical infrastructure.

With the recent migration to a cloud based environment, this role will see the CSR working from home. Consequently a willingness and ability to work autonomously, a reliable PC, phone & internet connection will be essential.

This role would particularly suit someone with excellent client service skills and a desire to build upon their server-side technology infrastructure experience and skill-set.

 

 

Position Requirements:

  • Provide Tier 1 technical, applications & administrative support to HUBB’s client base via phone and email
  • Receive and progress logged support calls and develop, monitor, review and improve Client Technical Support process.
  • Ability to diagnose & address application issues using our extensive knowledge base library

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Be customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and applications quickly
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a delivery focused environment.
  • Ideally, you will have an understanding of PC / Windows / Network Support
  • Experience across application and help desk support

Desirable but not essential skills are:

  • Basic knowledge or experience in the financial industry
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure
  • Basic Knowledge of Microsoft SQL.
  • General knowledge of Routers/firewalls.
  • Experience with CRM solutions – Zendesk is preferable but not essential

To be successful in this role, you will also bring sound analytical and problem-solving skills, well developed communication skills and an ability to deliver results to agreed schedules.
