Deloitte Digital is Australia’s largest creative and design studio. We use Human-Centred Design to create amazing experiences and deliver impactful business outcomes. Our dedicated team of service designers sit at the forefront of this mission and we work alongside other disciplines across Deloitte to create an impact that matters.

As a service designer at Deloitte Digital, you will be working on projects in a collaborative team environment, following Design Thinking and Human-Centred Design principles to create meaningful solutions for our clients and their employees, users and customers.

As a Service designer you will…

• Have at least 3 years of human-centred design, or service design project experience; consulting experience is a plus
• Present a fantastic portfolio of Service Design projects
• Have a passion for creating human-centred experiences that delight end users and that solve business problems
• Have expert knowledge of the design process, principles and methods
• Prove you have the ability to work within a fast-paced, collaborative design team
• Take an insights-driven approach to developing design outcomes for end users
• Be able to demonstrate excellent collaboration skills, to lead workshops and client showcases
• Be an effective communicator and presenter, verbal, written and visual, an empathetic listener
• Have strong conceptual and information design skills
• Be willing to get your hands on design and prototyping tools such as Adobe CS/CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.), Axure, Sketch or other design tools is a bonus
• Have a tertiary qualification in UX, interaction design, product design, visual design, industrial design, architecture or other design discipline
• Have a desire to contribute to the broader success of the Experience Design team by playing a mentoring and coaching role to other team members
• Combine fun with serious intent

The minimum salary offered for this role is $90,000 AUD.
