Mandatory experience in:

• Salesforce Community Cloud
• Salesforce Service Cloud
• Salesforce Premier Support

Main Responsibilities:

• Support and develop applications and reporting
• Configuration, testing, administration and support of the database and the users
• Developing appropriate documentation as required
• Liaise between Management and Salesforce users
• Troubleshoot and liaise with end users to ensure requirements and expectations are met
• Training of current and potential future users

About you:

• Tertiary level qualifications in Business, Science, Engineering or Economics and 5-7 years demonstrated experience 
• Previous Salesforce experience
• Effective Project Management skills
• Vendor management skills
• Understanding of all aspects of system/software developmental life cycle
• Outstanding ability to analyse, isolate and interpret business needs and develop appropriate  technical solutions.
• Sound technical spec and documentation skills
• Great interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
• Strong organisational and time management skills
