The Role:
Supporting Managed Services for critical large scale enterprise clientele.
You'll be tracking and resolving client issues, resolutions and monitoring technical solutions, along with:
- Some client facing support.
- General Citrix and Microsoft troubleshooting.
Skills sought:
- 4 years experience in Citrix / Microsoft technology solutions.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications such as MCSE / MCITP along with some experience across:
- Windows 2012R2 / 2016 / Windows 10
- Microsoft 365 setup & migration from on premises.
- VMWare / HyperV virtualisation
- Exchange 2010 / 2016.
- High customer focus level.
