You will be part of our Digital team and the purpose of the role is to assist the business stakeholders to identify and validate problems and opportunities, and articulate the expected business and customer outcomes through the use of design thinking and lean startup practices.
The role:
We are currently seeking an Innovation Analyst to support the Head of Innovations and Partnerships and will be working with a broad group of cross-functional stakeholders (internal and external) and Digtial and Innovation team members to research, test, and help generate new ideas and/or partnership opportunities to address the innovation challenge.
Activities include coordination and execution of the prototyping, POCs, market testing, stakeholder and customer validation of prioritised ideas; synthesising multiple sources of data to make strategic recommendations; and actively collaborating in the development of lean business model proposals.
About you:
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following skills:
- Experience applying Innovation, CX, product development, or entrepreneurship
- Experience using Design Thinking principles and Customer Centric Design practices
- Experience working with Agile methodology & Agility practices
- Experience conducting customer or prospective customer interviews, contextual inquiry, and/or user testing
- Familiarity with market research, data analysis and business model analysis
- Experience facilitating idea generation, prioritisation, and decision-making activities
- Business Analysis and project experience and the ability work on multiple activities concurrently
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement
