About the Company
Corporate Organisation based in the Sydney CBD.
About the Role
- The Business Analysts will be responsible for general analysis duties, creation of user stories and facilitation of end user testing.
- The BA's will also be involved in Business Processes Documentation, Requirements Management, creation of training modules through the UAT and Process Mapping activities and Incident/Request processes.
About You
- Have an extensive background in business analysis and business solutions design
- Experienced in Banking/Finance/Insurance sectors.
- Experienced in business processes (ideally CRM), UAT testing
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and document business processes, identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility, and recommend new approaches
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Excellent Communicator
- Problem Solver
