A large government department requires the assistance of a Records manager to join their team. As the Records manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining records in the Department's Electronic and Records Document Management System (EDRMS)

 
  • 6month contract plus 6 month extension option
  • Baseline clearance or ability to gain one
  • HPE Content manager experience
 
You will also take a leading role in promoting and maintaining best practice records management to support the work of the department.
The Role:
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 Arc (HPE CM9) system administration and support;
  • Provide end user issues resolution;
  • Assist in the representation of BAU requirements and project work including the delivery of a compliant record management system
  • Contribute in the delivery of EDRMS and recordkeeping education, advice, support and training; and
  • Monitor data quality in the departments Electronic Document and Records Management System and provide quality assurance.
 
The successful applicant will have:
  1. Demonstrated strong administrator knowledge and experience with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) Content Manager (CM9) and a well-developed understanding of records management functions.
  2. Demonstrated sound knowledge and understanding of legislative issues and records management processes and procedures.
  3. Manage and provide high quality and reliable HPE CM9 administrator, development and implementation guidance, advice and services
  4. Demonstrated experience in undertaking management and resolution of EDRMS technical and user issues, including:
    • provide a high quality and reliable records management
    • maintenance of the TRIM system
    • education, training and support
    • providing Level 2/3 "help desk' support
    • file creation
    • access controls and owner changes to large file structures following authorisation protocols
    • creation of file structures
    • monitor data quality
    • business classifications schemes
