Your new company
A leading financial services company is rapidly growing their Cyber Delivery Portfolio and as such is looking for an experienced and driven Lead Business Analyst to lead a large team of Business Analysts.
Your new role
Reporting to the Executive Manager of Cyber Portfolio you will be responsible for supporting the ongoing execution of transformation and system life cycle programs to further enhance the business' cyber security controls.
You will be responsible for
- Continuous review and management of prioritised portfolio and product backlogs
- Maintaining Enterprise Business Architecture
- Identify business requirements for system enhancements
- Lead reviews of business requirements and solution designs.
- Coordinate and lead business improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify impacts to business processes as a result of proposed business and system changes.
- Lead and manage a large team of Business Analysts.
- Provide oversight and guidance for delivery teams.
What you'll need to succeed
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst currently operating in a Senior or Lead role.
- Strong understanding and demonstrable knowledge of Cyber Security.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within Cyber program transformation
- Experience working in an agile environment is highly desirable
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Highly adaptable with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives
- IIBA Certification - CBAP or Higher is desirable.
