We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Business Analyst to work on a major book of work for well known financial institution in Sydney.

Their primary near-term objective is to streamline UX and smooth out inconsistencies across their mobile and web platforms. Subsequently, you will be involved in developing new features and anew applications which will enable the organisation to retain users, cross sell products and acquire new users.

This is a personality driven role! That means there is a major element of relationship building and stakeholder management.

Requirements

• Strong experience in being part of a similar major digital initiative as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment
• Strong skills in drawing customer journey maps, writing user stories, UX design
• Experience in both web and mobile products
• Experience with CMS. Ideally AEM but open to others
