Project Objectives:

We currently have an URGENT requirement for a CRM/Salesforce Business Analyst to fill in for the interim of a current project underway with a Tier One Level Entity.

You will be required to deliver a fully automated workflow process to fulfill multi-step and multi-team document creation requests, covering Ministerial and Secretary briefings notes and other products.

Breakdown:

1. Automation of the processes for information gathering and document creation for the MAGS and Parliamentary Services Teams.
2. Workload planning and management provided by visibility of workloads and the ability to prioritise, assign and track work.
3. Task management to provide a superior user experience and to allow users to plan and execute work efficiently.
4. Secure electronic approval and signature.

Current phase of the project: 

Review of current processes (as-is) for requirements elicitation

Challenges to look out for:

• Process reengineering challenges with stakeholders guiding them through change
• Solution definition – looking at options, possible that some stakeholders/project team members may already have a solution in mind

Project activities planned for the next couple of months:

• As-is and to-be processes
• Options analysis
• Identify features for the proposed solutions

BA resource allocation: 

Full-time project for the next 6 months at least
