URGENT - Project Team Administrator

7 month contract

Sydney CBD Based

• Provide support for Project and Program delivery including analysis of alternatives and ensuring effective reporting and coordination between projects.
• Manage interdependencies and ensure portfolio activities are addressed and well managed. Establish and maintain administrative support systems which facilitate project activities.
• Establish, monitor and evaluate project support practices, office systems and processes to ensure they meet policy and other standards and facilitate the delivery of quality services to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide operational support for project activities, monitoring and managing work priorities to enable adjustments to resource allocations as required.
• Must be proficient in minute taking, able to confidently summarise important information
• Must be confident in interacting with those at all levels of the organisation
• Whilst this role focuses on team support the successful candidate displays strong independent thinking and decision making skills
