Your day-to-day:

• Communicate with technical and non-technical project teams
• Embrace technologies that assist in the efficient delivery of high quality solutions that are fit for purpose
• Facilitate daily stand ups, planning, retrospectives, reviews, etc
• Work with the client to develop an in-depth understanding of what needs to be achieved and help clarify requirements to remove ambiguity and assumptions

Key requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience delivering projects using the Agile Framework (preferably Scrum) with full accountability for delivery (preferably in a Consulting role)
• Experience working in large and small teams
• Ability to work with key stakeholders to understand and elicit requirements and context
• Experience facilitating cross functional groups including team members from different organisations or departments; facilitate daily stand-ups, planning, retrospectives, reviews, workshops etc.
• Experience adopting and continually improve best-practice frameworks to efficiently deliver quality solutions
• Strong working knowledge of tools such as JIRA for tracking and maintaining projects and budgets
• Relevant Bachelor Degree and Scrum Master certification (desirable)
