Household FMCG Company based in Melbourne going through a large business transformation. The company are looking for a strong PMO Coordinator to showcase their strengths in this complex environment. You will be joining a large ERP transformation on a 3 year program of work.
  
  
The role:

• Work under a Program Manager and support portfolio level activities
• Ensure portfolio of work is on track for that department
• Keep track of finances at a portfolio level in a complex changing environment
• Resourcing, onboarding and recruitment
• Track and report on business performance to improve business performance
• Overseeing business and financial support activities within a PMO function
• Create relationships that will assist in getting the job done with the least resistance

  
The candidate:

• Worked as Project or PMO Coordinator or related role with 2-5 years’ experience
• Ideally someone with
• Used SAP or another tracking / scheduling tool for project financials
• Used excel
• Strong financial skills - SAP ideal but not essential
• Building and Maintaining stakeholder relationships and has strong reporting skills
