This role is a key part of the Leadership Team and will be responsible for a complex data and analytics operations. A key focus for the role will be to the strategic development of the Data & Analytics function, setting data governance, implementation of strategic initiatives, Change and organisational management, team management and raising the profile of the Data and analytics team within the business.

Core skills should include:

• Architectural/Strategic level technical exposure - Across diverse technologies; Azure DW, Data Factory, Data Catalogue, Bricks, SAP Hana, BO Webi (a bit), Blob, Streaming analytics, R, Python, IoT hub, Historian, Scada, HDinsight, Cosmos DB.
• Leadership & strong business capability - Contributing to senior leadership team
• Organisational capability building - Solid knowledge and experience on how to implement technology but also data governance, benefits realisation and innovation. Experience with key user groups or centre of excellence, cross-departmental change management
• Strategic mindset - Being able to translate a strategy in concrete actions and use input from the shop floor in vision and strategy.
