Listed 4 years running on BRW's Fast 100 (2014 - 2017), demand for our services is high and so we're looking for an experienced Agile Coach to join the team. 

What you'll do as an Agile Coach:

• You'll consult and work closely with a variety of programs / projects (across a variety of domains) in client organisations ranging from digital start-ups to large corporates.
• You'll leverage your deep knowledge agile methods (e.g. Scrum, XP, Lean Software Development, Kanban, LeSS, SAFe, etc.), acting as an agile champion and contributing to expanding the understanding and practice of agile principles and values;
• You'll work across multiple teams, helping them to better organise themselves to remove dependencies and to increase synchronisation;
• You'll help with decomposition of the program backlog and improve the processes for allocation of backlog items to teams and tracking of progress and dependencies;
• You'll use your understanding of team dynamics and agile leadership to identify key bottlenecks and to build a high performing "team of teams";

About You

As an experienced Agile practitioner, you possess a proven track record in developing agile teams. You are an innovative thinker and you keep up with the latest development in Agile practices by community participation and by maintaining a rich network with other practitioners.

To be considered for this role you will need:

• Experience performing the role of an Agile Coach, Iteration Manager or Scrum Master on software development projects where they have utilised Agile techniques and methods
• Demonstrable experience of developing and managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
• To be a flexible, proactive, solution-oriented person with strong relationship building skills
• The ability to engage with businesses effectively and be proactive in establishing and maintaining contact
