Green Light are assisting in delivering projects for an industry leading organisation and have an immediate requirement for a talented Data Centre Infrastructure Engineer. The successful candidate will work within the Data Centre Infrastructure Support team who are responsible for managing and maintaining the Department’s Data Centres.

In return you will have the opportunity to work with a Large Australian Professional Services Organisation, playing a key role delivering project management across critical keynote projects.

 
Responsibilities:

• Designing, building, maintaining and documenting all aspects of the Department’s Data Centre infrastructure across multiple data centres
• Leading and/or assisting with planning and execution of migration activities for both physical and virtual environments
• Developing solution designs and following gup with direct involvement in the solutions implantation

Requirements: 

• Negative Vetting 1 Minimum clearance is mandatory

• 4 + years of cabling experience in Data Centre deployments
• Demonstrated experience in data centre design and migration
• Strong solution design and hands-on deployment within the data centre environment
• Formal ICT qualifications or demonstrated skills and experience
