Based in Kurnell, an exciting opportunity exists for a sophisticated and intuitive Operations & Annuity Specialist to join the innovative Cisco Team, reporting to the Cisco Services Team Leader. What you will need to succeed in this role:

  • Minimum of 12 months experience with Cisco Annuity
  • High level of knowledge in managing all facets of complex Cisco Annuity transactions
  • In-depth knowledge of the Cisco Services Contract Centre (CSCC) online portal
  • Sound knowledge of the broader Cisco hardware portfolio
  • High level of initiative and enthusiasm
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work under pressure and effectively prioritise work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate and liaise with all levels of customer and supplier contacts
  • Intermediate MS Office literacy and ERP applications knowledge.

 

What you will do in this role:

  • Undertake training with the relevant Cisco Annuity subject matter experts to build and maintain your Cisco knowledge. It is a requirement of this role that you have a comprehensive understanding of the CSCC and end to end business process requirements.
  • Provide suggestions to improve existing business processes and procedures and maintain accurate documentation to reflect the current business process.
  • Provide support and training to new team members to allow them to succeed in their role.
  • Provide support to the department’s leadership as requested – this may involve participating in systems testing and acting as an escalation contact.
  • Issue, review and respond to Quality Reviews in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor and manage the Cisco Annuity open orders to ensure that orders are processed as per the associated Service Level Targets.
  • Create and/or load purchase orders in Pronto and, where required, generate the necessary configuration files and CSCC quotations required to fulfil the customer's ordering requirements.
  • Follow up on problem orders and interact with the appropriate Cisco/reseller representative or department to resolve the outstanding issue to enable the order to be processed.
  • Review and manage reseller and Cisco order amendments and update Pronto as required.
  • Interact with suppliers and resellers via email, telephone and online order management tools to manage the purchase orders lifecycle.
  • Review open orders on a daily basis to ensure that the customer's order is fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Review rejected orders or CSCC quotes and update the sales order accordingly and work with the relevant department to resolve the issue.
  • Monitor and respond to email enquiries that are received via the Cisco Annuity team email inbox.
  • Create Cisco Annuity product SKUs in Pronto as required
