We are looking for an experienced Project Leader to join our ever growing Tech department. You will play a crucial part in helping us to drive Adairs forward in a fast moving retail environment.
This role demands strong leadership skills and technical ability aligned with excellent management and communication.
Responsibilities will include:
- Develop, implement and champion project methodology, incorporating traditional project management principles as well as Agile methodology
- Lead and manage large, complex projects, consisting of multiple Agile teams
- Drive, communicate and champion Change Management across the Adairs business when implementing projects
- Assist with the estimation of budget and costs associated with Technology projects
- Provide updates to the business around project status
You’ll need:
- Agile experience (hybrid approach welcomed)
- Experience in working with in house development teams
- Excellent leadership and a consultative approach
- Proven analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to a broad audience
