About the role

Infront is looking for an experienced solution design and service delivery engineer to deliver successful IT outcomes to our clients. As part of the Infront team, you will be responsible for:

  • Completing project and BAU tasks using Azure, O365, Intune, Windows 10, Mobility Windows and SCCM;
  • Implementing, managing and monitoring server and network infrastructure;
  • Implementing and managing business applications for various clients; and
  • Providing IT support for clients across a variety of industries.

You will also be the highest escalation point for client issues. You will be responsible for taking charge of many issues and solving them.

 

Skills and experience

To be considered for this position you will need to demonstrate the following professional competencies: 

  • Extensive Windows 10 SOE skills
  • Extensive scripting abilities in PowerShell and Batch script
  • A background in software packaging deployment using SCCM
  • Strong working knowledge of core Windows services - Active Directory/Group Policy
  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS, Azure AD, Azure MFA, ADFS Integration, Office 365, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Intune.
  • Demonstrated experience with Windows AD, Exchange, Azure, O365, and Virtualisation using VMware/Hyper-V;
  • Solid experience in DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and modern workplace technologies;
  • Proven experience with writing automation scripts using PowerShell;
  • Experience working within a Managed Services environment;
  • Proven ability to manage customer escalations; and
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with all levels of Technical and Managerial staff.

All candidates must have previous Level 3 IT infrastructure experience, and a must have at least 3 years experience working in IT.  

All staff at Infront must be an Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain a government security clearance. Preference may be given to applicants with an active clearance. Employees may be requested to submit a clearance at a higher level.
