If you have completed an IT based degree or TAFE course this is the perfect job to gain industry experience.
Our business has several Information Technology departments: software development, testing and sales, system administration, IT helpdesk and implementation. We develop a high quality web based software, ZUUS Dynamic Scheduling, that has achieved international acclaim. We are growing rapidly both nationally and overseas. This growth has created the need for a motivated, energetic team of customer service people.
Customer service: answering support calls and emails, logging IT support requests, and the timely delivery of resolutions.
Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be interacting with a diverse group of colleagues and customers. This role requires individuals who can carefully and accurately follow instructions. Who pay attention to detail, are lateral thinkers, and fast learning. You will need to be meticulous about documenting and reporting. It is critical that the successful applicants can work within a team or on their own.
