My client is a long standing Australian company with offices nationally, while they may be an established company they are not afraid of progression and keeping up with the latest tech and IT standards.

In the last 12 months they have undergone serious changes and become a very lean and nimble environment moving all platforms to cloud and SAS solutions which you will have the chance to learn about and support. 

What we're looking for
Someone who enjoys end user technical support and prides themselves on offering the best end user experience and making the lives easier of thousands of users, someone who thinks about how things can be done better and executes them. 
  • Level 2 support experience
  • Troubleshooting experience with workstations, tablets, and smartphones
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management platforms, preferably Soti
  • Workstation ghosting/image deployment
  • Experience with Thin Client configuration and troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication skills and phone manner
Ideal for someone who has been at this level for some time and mastered managing and resolving End User issues. 

Multiple office locations throughout Sydney so ideal for anyone in the North, South, East or West of Sydney who's looking for a shorter commute. 

Must have requirements: 
Australian drivers license and vehicle
Australian working rights - No sponsorship opportunities available
