About the company
Our client is a niche consultancy who specialises in providing strategic advice and business transformation services to C-level executives within the Financial Services industries
They offer service across APAC including Sydney & Melbourne within Australia.
To support their rapid growth they have an immediate need for a new consultant to report directly into the MD and supper them with their engagements.
About the role
In this position, you will work with a team of Senior Technology and Business clients across a range of assignments including IT and Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, IT Road-maps and Operating Models.
You will use your industry knowledge to provide commercially viable and practical solutions to Executive level clients.
In this role you will;
- Translate business problems into Technical solutions using best practices and a consultative approach
- Understand clients business and operating model, able to utilise market trends to deliver a relevant service
- Define IT strategies and enterprise architectures to enable clients achieve goals and road-maps
- Help client define and implement road-maps through the delivery of IT Projects and large scale transformational Programs
- Champion best-practice EA processes
- Analyse industry, market and technology trends to determine potential impacts on clients and their business/technology environments
- Build strong clients relationships and grow your network
About you
Ideally you will have;
- 8+ years of relevant work experience
- 3+ years of experience in Architecture, Strategy or similar
- Previous experience within Consulting firm or strong understanding of the consulting engagement
- Industry experience, ideally within Wealth and Investments (highly desirable)
- Ability to develop relationships and influence senior business and IT stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel if required
- Relevant degree/tertiary qualifications
