Job Description
An opportunity exists for a Junior IT Support Officer to join a leading Australian marketing and advertising firm, due to the company's continued growth.
We're looking for people who want to kick off their career as part of our tight-knit IT Support Team in Sydney, based in the CBD.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
Excellent Communication Skills - you'll be required to help clients face-to-face, via email and over the phone, so clear communication is a must!
Outstanding Customer Service Skills - our clients contact us when they need help - you have to be ready to bring it! A positive, friendly operator is what we're after.
Familiarity with Mac OS X and Windows - this is ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL! You don't need to be an expert (yet), but you do need to know your way around both systems. We won't be considering any applications without supporting evidence of knowledge of both Macs and Windows PCs.
Willingness & Enthusiasm for Learning - we'll teach you everything you need to know about using the wide array of systems and tools required to do your job - you just need to be ready to learn!
