- 6-12 month contract (role will start in June)
- Minimum Baseline Security clearance is required
- Location: Canberra

We have a requirement for a Technical Support - Level 2 to work with one of our world recognised brand and industry leading customer in this 6 - 12 month contract opportunity.
You will need to show you have;
- Excellent communication skills
- Baseline security clearance (as a minimum)
- Experience with level 2 technical support
- Must have excellent problem solving skills to diagnose, evaluate and resolve complex problems, escalate them appropriately
- Basic java skills
- Federal government experience will be highly preferred
In this role you will be responsible for;
- Taking inbound service desk calls
- Coordinating with L3 and client engineers
