  • 6-12 month contract (role will start in June)
  • Minimum Baseline Security clearance is required
  • Location: Canberra

We have a requirement for a Technical Support - Level 2 to work with one of our world recognised brand and industry leading customer in this 6 - 12 month contract opportunity. 

You will need to show you have;

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Baseline security clearance (as a minimum)
  • Experience with level 2 technical support
  • Must have excellent problem solving skills to diagnose, evaluate and resolve complex problems, escalate them appropriately
  • Basic java skills
  • Federal government experience will be highly preferred

In this role you will be responsible for;

  • Taking inbound service desk calls
  • Coordinating with L3 and client engineers
