Permanent opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst opportunity based in the South Eastern suburbs. You must be a Native Japanese speaker. They will offer training and development opportunities for the successful candidate. Not required to have previous IT Support experience but must have an understanding of IT

Key responsibilities of your new role include:

• Ensure Service Desk maintains a high standard of customer service
• Provide 1st level support
• Communicate with customers and clients based in Japan as well as Australia
• Administer routine administration functions and provide reporting as required
• Identifying and utilising internal sources to assist in the resolution of logged issues
• Provide technical advisory service to internal and external customers and staff  

To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills and experience:

• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology
• Must be fluent in Japanese  
• Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of Windows, Exchange, Active Directory
