Interpro Enterprise Applications are putting together multiple Project Delivery Teams for a number of high profile Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations implementations across Australia & New Zealand.
With our continued success in delivering end to end Microsoft Dynamics AX & 365 for Operations implementations through the use of specialised contractors we are currently in the market for a Functional Consultant with a strong understanding of the Finance modules.
Position Overview:
The Microsoft Dynamics AX Functional Consultant will be responsible for designing and analysing functional requirements that meet operational and commercial needs of our client. You will then be responsible for the implementation of those requirements via AX configuration changes and customisations. You will additionally produce test plans, test and record results and liaise with key stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
A key aspect of the role will be providing the best functional solution for given requirements.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Setting up Workflows for the Finance module.
- Security Configuration to setup Finance roles
- Assist with data template preparation & loading for items/products
- Produce process maps and documentation to utilize designed functionality
- Produce functional specifications for development teams
- Test solutions against process, producing and managing defects detected
- Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs, data, and system configuration issues
We are seeking candidates with the following:
- 5 years of functional design experience with the MS Dynamics AX platform/technology stack.
- Superior knowledge in Dynamics modules; Financials, AR, AP, GL, FA, Cost Accounting, Budgeting and ideally Procurement and Projects
- Experience on multiple Dynamics AX implementations.
- Ability/Experience to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- General AX system support, troubleshooting.
