The company
My client is a small mining business based in North Perth. Having recently undertaken a number of acquisitions they are now looking to bring their Pronto Systems Support in-house. This is an immediate opportunity and our client is willing to look at people on a long term contract or permanent basis.
The role
You will become the first point of contact for all pronto users within the organisation and where issues cannot be resolved you will liaise with the vendor and systems supplier to resolve the issue. Other duties will include system and user acceptance testing, documenting procedures and the implementation of new modules.
Our client will also be looking for you to learn Cognos reporting to assist them with their Business Intelligence and performance management. You will be sent on external training courses for this.
Your skills
- Previous experience in a similar role
- An excellent knowledge of Pronto 730. Candidates with experience of 670 upwards will be considered.
- Knowledge of Cognos or willingness to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
