An exciting Digital IT Transformation program of work for a Senior Business Analyst.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is passionate about Digital projects.

Responsibilities:

Engage with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure their requirements are well understood and documented
Undertake analysis of requirements and produce high quality BRDs
Work closely with UI/UX Web developers and designers
Assist in the implementation of of an Enterprise Service BUS
Assist in the implementation of a Chatbot function

Essential Requirements:

Must have been a Business Analyst for at least 8 years
Must have experience with either Enterprise Service BUS and/or worked on projects involving digital implementation of a Chatbot function
Strong stakeholder engagement
Must have strong experience around digital and web
