We are currently looking for a fully competent project management professional who has a broad understanding of solutions and industry best practices.
with experience in Net Suite OpenAir and Workforce Management implementations.
You will be responsible for bringing NetSuite’s best practices, innovations, and capabilities to client projects. Provide technical leadership, develop relationships with portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and IT stakeholders, developing an understanding of their business requirements and goals, and how they are using NetSuite.
Leveraging customer knowledge, and NetSuite expertise, to implement best practices strategy to ensure customers maximize value from their investment in NetSuite.
Required experince
- 10+ years of experience in Program/Project Management or Consulting role with a consulting firm or leading software provider.
- A strong background in Project Management, including experience developing work-breakdown structures and project plans.
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Professional Services Automation (PSA) delivery project experience - ideally with NetSuite and/or NetSuite OpenAir, WFW and PPM, however competing solution experience will be considered.
- Excellent client management skills and the ability to work with customers to develop and manage an implementation plan.
- Demonstrated experience in translating customer business requirements into workable world class software solution.
- Exceptional escalation management skills. Experience creating and presenting SOW for new and existing customers.
- Experience developing cost estimates for Professional Services efforts, as well as presenting value propositions. Excellent customer relationship acumen, including comfort interacting at the “C” level Implementation experience with NetSuite OpenAir, and a good understanding of integration, data, customization, and other ERP implementation related principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills Consulting and management experience in a SaaS environment is preferred .
Travelling to Australia’s main centres will be required.
