Your new role
We are seeking a Development and Production Manager to work closely with senior stakeholders but also take ownership of the IT Domain within this organization. This is a fantastic and rare opportunity to work closely with vendors but also being in a position to lead and direct best practice moving forward. This unique opportunity will allow you to be hands on in your position but also provide that expertise in the IT Domain.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need the below:

• A minimum of 10 years commercial experience in Development Projects.
• Experience working within a Microsoft Stack Environment.
• Experience managing and delivering client services.
• Track record of successfully leading people and teams.
• Demonstrated experience working with technology.
• Highly effective written and oral communication skills.
• Well-developed IT knowledge and skills.
• Highly developed negotiating and influencing skills.
