We are looking for a mid-range Business Analysis to provide Services to this large Local Council for an Internet of Things Project.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Working with internal departments to gather business requirements, document, and manage same.
• Workshop Facilitation, Strong facilitation, negotiation and engagement skills to support extensive consultation on a diverse variety of ICT considerations
• Demonstrated skills in analysing business problems, needs, priorities, information and processes, combined with demonstrated ability to identify and evaluate solution options in the context of business value, risk and impacts/opportunities
• An understanding of developing, implementing and reviewing ICT strategic documents (eg strategies, plans, policies etc)
• Be self-motivated, professional, highly organised and have the ability to work in a team and autonomously with a focus on business outcomes and customer service
• Enterprise architecture and Vendor Management

You will have:

• Possession of relevant qualifications in the Information Communication Technology industry with 2 years +  experience in a related field. Completion of qualifications with a systems / business focus would also be considered.
• Demonstrated skills in analysing business problems, needs, priorities, information and processes, combined with demonstrated ability to identify and evaluate solution options in the context of business value, risk and impacts/opportunities.
• Strong facilitation, negotiation and engagement skills to support extensive consultation on a diverse variety of ICT considerations.
• An understanding of developing, implementing and reviewing ICT strategic documents (eg strategies, plans, policies etc).
• Demonstrated high quality written & verbal communication skills, including the ability to gather, organise and  present information for a variety of purposes, combined with extensive experience in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders both within and external to the organisation.
• Be self-motivated, professional, highly organised and have the ability to work in a team and autonomously with a focus on business outcomes and customer  service.

This is a Business BA role not a Technical BA Role
