Mason Black Lawyers is a medium sized, well-established law firm with offices located in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. We provide specialist advisory legal services in Commercial & Insurance Litigation and Insolvency. The firm's strong culture and values are integral to its interactions with clients, employees and the community organisations for which it provides legal support. 

The Role;

We have an opportunity available for a service focused desktop support specialist to manage the infrastructure in Sydney as well as providing legal application support for the office. You will provide level 1 and 2 desktop and application support and will also focus on workflow process improvement. Periodic travel to Melbourne is likely.

Experience in the following will be advantageous;

• Microsoft server experience, Active Directory specifically.
• Exposure to an ISO certified environment will be an advantage
• Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality
• A strong work ethic and flexibility around working hours and travel
• Excellent communication skills and a service oriented approach
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment.

As this is a cornerstone position within the legal firm, growth and personal development will be assured. Although this is an autonomous position, you will have exposure to and support from Group IT.
