Excellent opportunity to join a reputable managed services organisation as a Level 3 Engineer. To be successful in this role you will have a solid background in Systems / Network Administration with exceptional customer service and project delivery. You will be responsible for project work/delivery, consulting, infrastructure implementation, technical account management and complex technical escalations from the Service Desk team.
To make sparks fly you will have:
- Must have a solid understanding of Level 3 Server and Network Infrastructure
- Confident across Windows, Networking, Active Directory, Cloud Technologies, Virtualisation, Storage, Security & Firewalls
- Experience with VMware, O365, SQL, PowerShell and Fortinet
- Project experience and delivery
- Proven experience in a client facing support role.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Must be approachable and have a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Must have industry certifications i.e. MCSA, CCNA, ITIL etc.
- MSP experience is favourable
