Our client, a large, Federal Government organisation, tasked with national tax and superannuation risk and assurance management, is Seeking an experienced Technical Business Solution Designer (Risk and Strategy) for a 6 - 12 month contract, located in NSW, VIC, SA or QLD.
The primary duties of the Technical Business Solution Designer (Risk and Strategy) will include but not be limited to:
- Redesign the client's business processes to maximise the use and efficiencies presented by these tools and call out any gaps in the business decision support tools available;
- Re-design business processes and statements of requirements for change;
- Facilitate transformational business process change supported by a range of business decision support tools (already available in the or currently under development) that will streamline and automate business process;
- Redesign existing business processes that support key programs of work to eliminate inefficiencies in process including aligning data and analytics tools and business processes to fit together seamlessly and achieve consistent results;
- Establish a business process that automate the client's ability to assess the risk and strategy of various components of the project including: data extraction, collation and analysis; resource investment tracking and; monitor client engagement activities to make informed business decisions.
To be considered for this Technical Business Solution Designer (Risk and Strategy) contract opportunity you must have:
- Demonstrated experience successfully delivering end-end business redesign;
- Demonstrated skills and experience undertaking solution design activities, including stakeholder engagement, business analysis and user design;
- Specialised skills/experience in application of LEAN design principles and approaches (or similar) in re-designing business processes;
- Demonstrated experience in knowledge transfer during and on conclusion of the project ensuring availability for future users resulting in reusable documentation of the knowledge;
- Demonstrated experience delivering solution that aligns with large organisation requirements (ie. schedule/project management requirements);
- Demonstrated experience delivering new/innovative solutions;
- Demonstrated experience addressing any real or perceived conflicts of interest;
- Demonstrated performance conforming to contractual obligations;
- Specialised skills/experience in undertaking and delivering viable solution designs (desired);
- An recent / active Pre-Employment Integrity Check (PEIC) or ability to obtain (Australian Citizenship Mandatory).
