We are seeking a Technical Delivery Lead (Service Now) working alongside one of the big 4 banks located in the CBD. It will be for an initial 6 months.


This will include:

  • Communicates and ensures team work alignment to the overall product vision, roadmap, and strategy
  • Requirements gathering, team backlog refinement and prioritisation to maximise customer value
  • Point of contact for customers, helps co-ordinate team and ensure deliverables are being met
  • Voice of the customer and decision maker for the team
  • Triages and priortised teams incident. problem and SR queue
  • Regularly engages key stakeholders – customers, domain engineers, etc
  • Defines, refines, and prioritises Epics and Stories for sprint backlog
  • Sets and communicates current and future sprint goals to teams
  • Understands upcoming priorities / projects from Product Owner, feeds back priorities / projects from team
  • Collaborates closely with PO and other Feature PO’s to divide work and ensure strategic alignment
  • Tracks delivery milestones and sprint progress through JIRA, allocates / reallocates capacity where required

To successfully deliver this project you will need:

  • Experience in banking industry (highly regarded)
  • Worked in a similar capacity in ServiceNow software
