My client is a leading financial services organisation looking for an experienced technical delivery lead who has previously had strong experience in IT Service Delivery for large-scale implementations. Your role will be to work with the team to consult, promote and be the point of contact for customer projects, internal projects, and priority 1 incidents.

What you'll be doing

• Co-ordinate and lead priority incidents and problems that relate to technologies supported within the organisation
• Be the escalation point between the engineers and stakeholders
• Assist the delivery manager with internal projects
• Work with product owners and domain engineers with requirements gathered during consultations
• Help co-ordinate resources within the team and ensure they are tracking to their deliverables

What you need

• Experience in Scrum teams
• Strong IT service delivery experience with large scale complex implementations
• Strong understanding of project management concepts

Financial services experience highly desirable as well as experience working with logging tools such as Splunk or Appdynamics.
