A fast growing provider of cloud platform and information solutions is looking for an experienced .Net Developer. This is a permanent role and is based in Brisbane. The offered salary is around $80K.
Responsibilities:
- Applications development - web applications development and source code management
- Report development - develop reports for internal and client applications
- Application programming interface (API) development - develop required APIs and WCF
- User support - provide support to users across relevant modules
Requirements:
- Strong development experience with C#
General technical skills
- Web Application Development in a Visual Studio, ASP.NET, MVC
- Internet Application Development
- Information Analysis
- Database Systems Analysis and Design
- Technical Document Writing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of people skills
Specific technical skills and experience
- Experience in an applications development/database systems development role supporting end users in a multi-user environment
- Must have strong programming skills in C# in Visual Studio 2017
- Experience in report development using SSRS 2016
- Website development skills including HTML and scripting languages such as JavaScript and Web Services
- Database administration - SQL Server 2016
- MS-Office
- API, WCF
Desirable technical skills
- Programming skills in the following:
- Backend: ASP.NET MVC
- Frontend: REACT
- Data Layer: Entity Framework
- Transact SQL
- Research skills
- Knowledge of available technical, professional, product, vendor and government information repositories
- Ability to critically analyse available information
