They provide consulting and analytics/research services to clients to help them utilise the insights from our data and better execute their business needs. They assist their clients in gaining a clear understanding of their objectives, use a proactive approach to combine information and deliver health solutions in interactive and intuitive platforms.

Technical & Analysis Skills

• Supporting the product owner in clarifying, documenting, and communicating the details (customer goals, features, user stories) of the product roadmap.
• Identifying business requirements, documenting customer journeys, and helping develop UI mockups with designers as appropriate to paint a rich picture with the client, liaising with product management, and engineering development team.
• Establishing and managing the requirements baseline of the program, including coordinating all functional and non-functional requirements and acceptance criteria from multiple requirement owners.
• Oversee and guide the production of UI designs and documentation for end-users, administrators, and solution owners.
• Contribute to strengthening new internal capabilities across agile product development, requirements management, UX / UI, and process improvement
• Strong analytical background, with a B.Sc. degree in a related field.
• At least 3- 5 years' experience from Business Analyst roles
• Japanese speaking an advantage but not essential.

• Communicate and coordinate effectively with the data team, software engineers, and customer-facing teams.
• The successful candidate will have high levels of confidence, creativity, critical thinking ability, a willingness to learn and take feedback, a proactive attitude when faced with challenges, a meticulous.
• Exceptional written, verbal, analytical, organisational, problem-solving and presentation 
• Superior communication skills, including proposal and report writing, presentation development and delivery, and inquiry and direction for internal operations, project execution, and business development
• Solid planning and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results.
