About the role
Evolving rapidly in the way we operate, we’ve embarked on a multi-year business transformation journey and as a Senior Business Analyst, reporting to Business Transformation Manager, you will help shape the program road map and assist with the strategic, operational and procedural changes across our dynamic business. We will rely on you to identify, plan, structure and ensure the appropriate outcomes are achieved by various projects and initiatives. You will elicit and manage business requirements, be key in reviewing and providing input on optimisation opportunities for existing business processes, design and document the ‘As Is and To Be’ along with identifying, documenting and managing project risks and issues.
  
About you: 
  
Highly articulate combined with strong probing skills, you will encourage people to ‘think’ and deliver their projects in time, within budget.
  
You have a diverse industry background, have worked on business transformation or enterprise-wide programs or projects and have a good awareness and understanding of the Microsoft stack, Software Development Lifecycle and structured analysis tools and techniques. You have strengths in facilitating business requirements workshops, preparing requirements and functional specifications, be skilled in performing business process mapping and can effortlessly work on Visio, O365 and SharePoint.

You’ve done business analysis before, but found it really frustrating because you couldn't see the difference you were making to the business. Here, you will be empowered to help people deliver and will notice the impact you are making (almost instantly). People say you really get them. That is, you're good at dealing with ambiguity and figuring out what the project needs to deliver through both hands on and strategic approach.
