Talent International is working in partnership with our client who is one of the largest investment managers to help source a Project Manager - Unit Pricing Remediation Specialist. 

As the Project Manager, you will be a part of the Fund Technical Services team which has two streams Fund Regulatory Compliance and Reporting and Fund Lifecycle Management. 

Purpose of the role:

• Project Management of the programme of unit pricing compensation issues
• Developing and maintaining unit pricing compensation models
• Working with Enterprise Risk Management and other internal/external stakeholders to assess incidents from a pricing/compensation perspective in accordance with the Compensation Policy
• Developing necessary project plans/timelines and ensuring compensation outcomes are implemented with all necessary stakeholders engaged, implications considered and necessary actions identified and executed

Key areas of importance:

• Good understanding of market practice and regulatory requirements regarding the unit pricing compensation process
• Understanding how the compensation process impacts the business including identification of appropriate stakeholders, communication and coordinated plans of action
• Experience assessing potential compensation issues identifying relevant considerations and identifying appropriate courses of action to remediate
• Extensive experience undertaking compensation calculations

This is an initial 6-month contract
