This role is accountable for the entire IT landscape, including but not limited to, infrastructure and application management, IT security, projects (including new sites), support, procurement and vendor management. The role works closely with all business functions.

Key competencies required are:

• Significant and comprehensive IT experience
• Retail - particularly POS solution experience
• Capable of managing conflicting priorities and third party technical resources
• Confident when with diverse stakeholder groups
• Strong communication skills, both technical and functional
• Solid troubleshooting and root cause identification skills
• High attention to detail
• Agile focused projects
• Project management skills highly desirable
• PCI DSS and security experience advantageous
• Ability to take a consultative approach
• Hands-on approach
• Ability to mentor and drive team members to deliver
• Maintain a professional approach at all times
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to think ahead and anticipate problems, issues and solutions.
