User Researcher and Performance Analyst with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement:

• Researching, advising and enhancing user experience while maintaining the look-and-feel of the Head to Health services
• Support the design principles including safety orientation, cultural sensitivity, consumer choice and helpful positive experience
• Facilitate user-cantered and co-design and user engagement in service design
• Analyse feedback and increase end-user satisfaction and usage

Skills:

• Work closely with the business owner, Product Manager and vendors to ensure prioritisation of work that benefits the users
• Build an understanding of the users and their behaviour and provide insight to the policy team about how users interact with services
• Assist with stakeholder engagement activities (including end users, health professionals , service providers, and others)
• Attend and present as required at various stakeholder engagement activities
• Contribute to the implementation of the product’s communication strategy
